You can find several of us in #php, however, we usually also hang out in #phpdn on FreeNode's network. #phpdn is mostly just for us to discuss things in. #php is where we do most of our chatting.

everyones client does weird things when connected to freenode. heh
I once saw the entire room vanish and reapear within a few seconds one night. Maybe it's just their server configuration or downtime but that was insane.

The usual minor miracles of irc don't make me wonder anymore. Even that damn clone-ban-bot the new op had to test in channel xyz (naturally only clones are allowed to stay) I could bare. But connected to freenode sometimes messages appear in completely diffrent windows. And that's something that may take a while to get used to

But there have been some patches for trillian since my last experiment and now right before going to bed might be the best time to start a new one

..trillian has never been a good irc client..
irssi is pretty good and doesn show me freenode any different than any other network..

yo, irc support of trillian is &%#grrrr@$
But I do not expect much, no scripts no bots, and irssi ...well, after all, I don't like it, might a wonderful program but it does not fit my needs

i would use that instead of my oh so generic mIRC client but i never download an application before it hits
1.0.
is pIRCh any good?
