Dude, how to you get Twitter to hook into Facebook directly like that?

Actually, I should say that I have managed to install the Twitter app in FB and get it set up so that when I update Twitter it automatically updates FB. But I am not sure how to make it the other way AND get rid of the twittering: prepend.

http://twitterfeed.com

it's the only reason my twitter gets updated at all, actually. I push to twitter from FB.

OpenID needed, I run an OSS PHP version on my server.

I will have to look at that. The FB Twitter app is a suckbucket.

Paraphrased from the web: To find your status feed, you need to visit your profile's mini-feed and click "See All". On the right you will see a list of items, select 1Cstatus stories 1D and finally below this a feed link can be found.

Yeah. I just need to review my OpenID email, which happens to be at home at the moment. On account I forgot my URL. Doh! Image

Probably not, since Twitter cannot seem to stay alive long enough for anyone to use it. ;)

I say screw it... set up a BrightKite account and follow all of your friends there. Set it up to post to Twitter automatically then set Twitter to post to Facebook automatically. Hell, you can even throw in a post to Pownce and Jaiku just to be techhead enough.

At least all of the others stay running. Twitter pukes a few times a week. And getting it back online (all of its services) seems to take that poor team forever.

On the bright side, they, like everyone else in SF, are hiring. :)

Dude, I totally just followed you.

And in case it ever comes up, the community twitter is at http://twitter.com/phpdn

Not really sure how I want to use that, but was thinking of making it an announcement type thing. Except I keep forgetting to put stuff on it. Oh well...
