hi, i am php developer i have been working in php since more than 8 months still i want to increse my php knowledge more and more.
i want to do better and better codding in php. how can i do.

Reading every page on
http://www.php.net back to front, whilst sitting upside down and brushing my teeth increased my knowledge ten fold.

just think of something you want to do and give it a shot! We're here to help.
Also, make this forum a regular read, start participating if you can help. I've certainly been exposed to TONS of great practices just by following the discussions here. There are a LOT of really good programmers here, regularly spilling their wisdom. I've seen lots of newcomers get really good very quickly once they become regulars.

I've seen lots of newcomers get really good very quickly once they become regulars.
True, true. PHPDN is great, especially for beginners and intermediates. Also, If you can, join a local PHP group in a reasonably big city. I go to PHPLondon there are a lot of great developers there. You can tell the difference because everyone at PHP London earns their living from programming, it shows. Also you get people with a lot more knowledge about stuff beyond PHP there.
