Payment gateways for renting software

Post by alex.barylski »

I need a payment processor which is economic to use when I'm taking $25 increments...

Paypal is a poor choice - they take to much. How about WorldPay? Has anyone had any success in using them? Are there fee's fare?

Any suggestions when essentially i'm looking at hgih volume low cost transations. I head of a service called coppermine I think it was a few years back but have not heard much from then since...

Any experience you would like to share with me :)

Might want to look into Safepay and/or Alertpay.

I believe worldpay's rates vary depending upon the size of the transaction, but there rates are apparently reasonable (we take payments for as little as $5 using them).

astions thanks for that. I'll look into those.

Chris, really? I'll hopefully be taking payments for on average $25/month so I'll re-investigate. My last employer told me they were really expensive, so to be honest I haven't even looked into it - assuming it'd be pricey like PayPal.
