Where is the Firefox 3 beta 3 love?

I just installed FF3b3 and it really is pretty damn impressive. Someone is kicking IE8's yet invisible ass all the way to more browser market-share. The third beta updated the UI which on Linux (and from others also on Mac OS) adds a more natural theme and appearance for those systems. Firefox 3 on Ubuntu actually looks Gnome-like. On Windows there are two tiny UI issues - the new address bar dropdown link lists need slightly more typographic fonts. Otherwise I've just totally replaced FF2 as my main browser...
Add in the new tab movement (between windows even), smart bookmarking, and easier history access, faster page rendering...

I used an early version, but it sounds like time to switch...

Yeah I tried an early beta and my extensions (Live headers, developer toolbar, firebug) didn't work which ruled it out for me initially. I'll give it another go. I've noticed a few people at work using it successfully now.

I just grabbed it yesterday and sort of hate the autocomplete location bar, but I'm still using it.
Too bad about firebug though, guess it's back to 2 for now!

Apparently the next firebug beta works. My colleague informs me it was on some 3rd-party website, but he believes its now moved to the official site.

Is there a version for Linux yet? I've been so turned off by how slow firefox is and how often it crashes in Linux that I have just started using Opera.

The last time I tried a beta, I borked all my extensions. I'd love to use FF 3, but I simply can't live without Firebug, or del.icio.us, or sage, or... you get the picture

Dual install folk...
Yeah the location autocompletion is not great. I much preferred a single letter bringing up the most likely commonly used address for it. So "t" brought up Twitter, "m" my email, "f" the Devnetwork Forum

...
Yahoo Mail (although predictably) doesn't work either - looks like a possible security model conflict with how Yahoo operates.

enjoy
I am using ff3 since beta1, beta3 is real speed improvement in auto completion compared to beta2 and page rendering is really fast

I think the autocomplete in the location bar is slowly adapting to my use?

imo it's based on how many times you have visited some page ...
