General Purpose and Captain Updates - You should read this..

Post by jason »

Ugh.

Okay, first, I would like to thanks the Mods (go Twig!) and all for all their hard work. I feel a bit guilty. The mods do all the work here, I do diddly squat right now.

Anyways, I am working on a new venture. A new business, so my time is spent working on that. This new business is rather interesting, and I believe will really work out, and when it does, it will really go well. Definetly change the face of e-commerce on the web. :D

This is why I haven't put any work into, well, pretty much anything other than the business these past few months. phpComplete is sort of falling by the way side, I haven't put in the effort I wanted with PHPDN, etc. Not that I am complaining. Indeed, I really want to give this new business 110% because I honestly believe it can work. Not only do we have a solid, real world business mode (read as "Not based on selling ad space"), but my partners are actually people who know what they are doing in business. So I am not complaining.

However, I don't want to see phpComplete.com (my website) fall down (and trust me, I have broken it in a number of places and haven't had the time to fix it).

Anyways, just though you guys might deserve an explanation.

Take your time and do what you need to do. Your time is your time, you do with it as you please. Reality is more important that anything, especially when income is involved.

I myself, since EvilWalrus.com is relaunched, will be putting alot of effort into reorganizing and updating the PHPDN... i wanna bring on a few new sites, as well as revamp the way it's setup... also adding a few new services might not hurt.

Anyways, just thought i'd let ya know i'm 100% behind you on what you do, and good luck with the business.

Your own doing shouldn't need explenation to us, but it's great that you took the time to update us on what you're doing and how it's going.

Indeed; as EW said, when income's in play, nothing needs to be said, just done. :)

Good luck to you, and good luck to EW. I'm sure you can accomplish what's needed and desired.

Warm regards,
Don
