Wow, it's a forum!

Quick note mentioning I have returned ;). I had an unannounced "drop off the edge of the world" period. The blog explains why, and I now have a set of PMs to muddle through.

Maybe arborint could start a debate over something framework related to get me back in practice?

Good to have you back. Read your blog post, wish you all the best!

Arborint (and I) definitely need some good framework related design discussion input, so you can certainly dive in if you feel the need to.

Welcome back. I am suffering for a little framework-itis at the moment, but will see what I can do. ;)

Well then I have some posts for you to write ;). I know how much you like ZF and your blog rants about it all the time but no real big tutorials about best practices and whatnot. Commonz j00!

Rants? I do not rant! I critically and logically dissect the failings of PHP's leading framework (and then wait for Wil Sinclair to inevitably respond). ;)

Believe it or not, here's the excerpt from a blog in progress:
While that approach is okay for many things, it's a backward's step from my preferred operation: running a blog with rich content. By rich I mean tutorials, articles, opinion pieces, and the odd run at something that's irritated me ;). Less of a focus on personal deeds and activities (they tend to get repetitive anyway). I've been running this blog for a few years now, and the high points are nearly always sourced from the involvement I have with the Devnetwork Forums. Sadly, as previously noted, I haven't had the time to put a change into action. And even before that, I maintained the status quo out of sheer unwillingness to put the time in.

So it's time to go back to basics.
I'm on the ball today :).
