I know live chat rooms are sooo 90's... but some people on one of my website really want one bad. Does anyone know of a good Live Chat Room script that is both secure and user-friendly? Just thought I'd ask.

I think jelly means "meebo rooms" - there's also Tufat's flashchat, which is quite good (and definitely worth the $5 I spent on it).

You think it's secure enough? It looks pretty good and I'd like to use. The only reason I ask is because we had an old live chat script exploited by a hackbot recently and took down a chat for that reason. So we are looking for a new, more secure, chat script. Seen any red flags with tufat's? Thanks!

only issue I've had with tufat's script is I had trouble integrating the authentication into an upgraded version of phpbb3, Didn't really hack at it long though... I'd still recommend it though.

Since it's flash, it would be damn tough for a spambot to use it.
