This is after 2 months of waiting! 2 Months of being given the run around! 2 months of waiting on them! I know companies running casino's, porn sites, etc that have SSL cert's! My company is working with international corporations and is very legite and legal and they are giving us the run around!
I send these documents in 2 months ago, they get translated once, and we get denied because of a typo (company name is ezPayNet, and the domain was registered to the company name ezpay). So I call up, clear everything up, and I am told everything will be handled the 10th of this month (note, that's over a month of waiting already). Now this! Liars! Theieves! Argh!
Forget that. If they want to do business in Canada, they had better learn to speak French. Thawte is another option, but they had better work with me.
Calling up RackSpace tomorrow and seeing if they can sort this out. Only reason I went with Verisign was because they offered it by default. Needless to say I am not happy.
Feel free to respond with additional flames about Verisign, because Verisign sucks.

We hate them too.
Those bastards sent us an invoice about web hotel.
The only service we have ordered was email accounts.
We have paid for the email accounts, so that is clear and fine.
We are in Sweden. The invoice was written in swedish.
I got the task to solve this issue, so I called their customer support, using the number supplied on the invoice.
Those goblins answered in Danish!
I tried to get to talk to a swedish operator, but that was not possible. That crazy son of a ***** just talked even faster danish. I didn't understand more than 25% of it.
We somehow dealed that I would send them a fax to a specific number. I got that right, 100% sure. So I sent them the fax and they never returned any comment.
Some months later, they sent us another copy of that invoice, with some delay charge added. Note: we haven't even ordered this service!
So we faxed again and asked whether the invoice was correct.
... No answer. Even yet. If they destroy that invoice, they should at least email us about that...
I bet there is another invoice pending to be sent...
