web based project management

Post by salmon »

I'm looking a web based project management software, preferably using php and mySQL. The best free software I found was dotProject. The only problem I have with it is that I need often need more restriction on permissions for some users.

For example, I sometimes want a worker to only see tasks, forum, files and or tickets specific to them and not all the details of the project such as budget, client etc..

Customer wise, I would like clients to be able to login, see progress of the project, submit tickets and feedback etc..

SourceForge did not have anything I was interested in.

I’m looking through the internet and there appears to be a LOT of options. Help me weed through the good, the bad and the ugly. What project management software do you use that accommodates team, client and restrictive workers?
