Might it be that this "technical writer" is looking to spread his texts throughout the web without much regard to how they are received, in an attempt to build his "portfolio"?
I have considered this spam from the beginning, but it has been too entertaining to remove. Originally introduced as a "Technical Writer", I assume that there is some promotional motive (backfired now ;)). In an early post this person noted a conversation with a Brazilian where they had not been able to communicate. Not a surprise because our members from many countries have been baffled as well.

This person contributes very little of substance -- just a few vague theories. I do think the general subject is interesting. But the fact that the posts sound like one of those space aliens who has learned about earth from watching old movies is hilarious.

Anyone else here read theinquirer.net? It's a decent source for tech news but I swear some of the articles...English people who can't speak normal English! I'm not talking about US versus UK style...I'm talking about non-words such as "bling" and "DAMMIT" or whatever. Playing with words is fine if you're flirting with a cute girl...not when you're writing for a capable audience.
