This one (duh).
slashdot.org - Geek news stuff.
gizmodo.com - Gadget news stuff.
rllmukforum.com - A video games forum... I use it for Off Topic stuff. (WARNING: It's not safe for work environments.. lots of swearing)
Facebook - Social networking
I don't really read much web dev stuff online these days. I used to read loads. Not realised I'd stopped until now.

Re: What web sites do you use?
Personally I recommend DevNetwork.
onion, seriously Slashdot is like a giant griefer orgy where any shred of decent positive comments are drowned in a pool of blood from a thousand slaughtered virgins. I've permanently blacklisted it along with "Experts" Exchange.
I read theinquirer.net though it annoys me to no extent when English authors can't speak normal frigin English! Having fun with words is ok when you're flirting with a girl, not when you have a mostly male technical audience.
I check Google News, zdnet, and cnet for giggles. I also frequent the IE, WebKit, and Opera blogs as well as Mozillazine even though they only update when hell gets a cold front.
Come to think of it...I'm not really enjoying the sources of news save for the browsers...and that's not exactly a regular source of sweet. I get a cool science newsletter that usually has some interesting articles.
In general my biggest complaint is too much negativity and political agendas even in tech news.

I don't really read many developer resources. I have SlashDot and Digg (Tech.) in my iGoogle and that's it. I'll occassionally go to the main Digg page and sometimes even TheDailyWTF.
Re: What web sites do you use?
dzone.com can be interesting for general development.
