How much PERSONAL bandwidth do you use? (Comcast Related)

I'm curious as to what people could possibly be downloading besides HD-videos that could encourage Comcast to cap bandwidth at 250GB a month. I knew there was a point that would irk them though frankly that's much higher then I expected.
In example I've had this copy of XP installed since March, about half a year. µTorrent lists my total bandwidth as 66GB downloaded and 102GB uploaded total. I have also used 2.86GB of bandwidth working on my website thus far this year. I would expect that makes up the bulk of the bandwidth used for our account with Comcast so I'm not worried.
I am however curious as to what is being downloaded that is causing this cap? Seriously, are there people out there who buy a new terabyte hard drive once a month?
HD video can't be the only thing sucking up that much bandwidth!
