In all fairness I have noticed some "noise" on rare occasion on my screen. In example it has occurred on my YouTube channel though not all the time. It's difficult to describe noise on a LCD if you haven't seen it before. I would imagine that issue being the only legitimate reason to purchase that card. However for $80 the price is a bigger joke then the review comments. I have a KDS 24 inch 1920x1200 screen and never noticed any noise on my 19 inch ViewSonic LCD. Again the noise I notice occurs very rarely. This is something I'd consider if it was available $10 and the noise issue occurred on a regular basis.

I would say it is my LCD and not the rest of my system. Taking a screen shot and zooming in in Paint makes it clear it I display it on another screen. Again not a big deal and now that I think about it that pretty much makes that card worthless unless someone can try to come up with another example?

hah, im sure the concept is feasible but I'd get a cheapo graphics card to see if fixes the problem first, before I bought something that looks like the guy at radio shack assembled with 6 capacitors on his lunch break LOL
