How do you develop your php based web systems?

Do you follow a published approach or do you have your own structured way of developing?

I am researching web based systems development, it is pure research non commercial and all info will be confidential and not identified with you as an individual.

Can you spare 5 mins to answer some very brief questions on your approach to pp development.

It would be very much appreciated.

Like I solve any problem. Decompose into smaller and smaller units until they are easily solved.

A collection of best practices I have gained over the years as well as techniques I have learned from others (Agile, RUP, Waterfall, etc)

OK. What does it matter if it's commercial or educational? People in education usually/eventually make their way into commercial anyways. :P
