Memory issue?

Post by geethalakshmi »

Hi,

Sometimes suddenly my screen turns to blank one with a cursor. I could not perform any operation then only thing i can do is to "Restart". I think it might be a memory issue but not sure. Please help me to get rid of this one.

Sorry i don't know which is the appropriate category for this. so I posted it here.
Thanks in advance!

yeah, perhaps the memory issue, the following way to you can increase the virtual memory,

1. Click the properties of the my computer
2. "Advanced" > "Perfomance" - Click the "Settings" button
3. Click the "Change" button
4. Here you can improve the virtual memory of the system.

Best of luck !
