supporting ie 6 and lower
do you guys still support ie 6 and under? im just curious. i don't want to myself. im not going to on my personal website.

It has to "work" IE 6 but I could give a crap if the rendering has minor issues. IE 5, no.

Same here.
Unfortunately, many users still use IE6, so I make sure it looks fine, but they might not see some bells and whistles. IE6 is the lowest I go!

IE 5.5 here. Still quite some users with Windows 2000.

I'm not too worried about the "some users" who are using a 10 year old OS with a 10 year old browser. It's a bit like choosing to support PHP3 now...
I go as low as IE 6 and a screen resolution of 1024x768. I wonder how many people still develop for 800x600 screens? And heck, how many for 640x480?
