They just announced their forthcoming application. An Interface Builder-like application designed to work with Cappuccino apps.

I think they're getting crippled with traffic
They demo'd it at the FOWA expo and it got an overwhelmingly good response... so much so that when someone mentioned "Atlas" in passing during another presentation the audience applauded again.
EDIT | Seems to be up and running again now.
