It won't forward a phone call initialized via the API. The call fails and retries again.

Yeah I understand but I'm just saying I can call myself on call waiting, so ideally there's no reason this shouldn't be able to work, from a technical standpoint ( I realize it unfortunately doesnt with the API )

What do you mean it retries? I don't even get a log entry in my account control panel....

I had mine set to forward as well. When I initialized a call via the API it would ring once then stop. It would not forward the call. It would then ring once again and stop. It did that over and over again.
