It looks great on Internet Explorer... although i never use IE8 unless i absolutely have to.
Looks like there could be some browser related issues, as i opened the first site originally with Chrome and only saw images stacked on each other.

yeah i had a hiatus and have been a machinist for about a year and half so i missed a lot of stuff.
im gonna start working on custom scrollbars again as soon as i fix the hard drive on my development machine.

I dunno... It looks kinda hokey to me. What looks good on computer desktop (launchy, etc) doesn't necessarily translate well to a website's UI.
