Can anyone give me some UI Tips on my website?

the website exists almost a week, and the traffic is not very disappointing i expected a lot worse, the average of users staying in the site is more then 4 minutes what i consider a lot of time:)
i guess that i can always improving something, so i happy to hear your advices:)

More interactive buttons, change font, use picture where you put random question in stead of white rectangle.

1. The cursor inside the input field goes over the border.
2. Maybe you should make the font of the dropdown smaller.
3. Use round edges for the box of the question.

Im viewing it in I.E7 (1366 x 768 res).
1. The dropdown box appears to the right and below the text input box.
2. The text input box has a 5 - 10 pixel space at the bottom so the text looks like it's stuck to the top of it.
Look into designing liquid or fluid layouts for your site (using percentages for width instead of pixels).
