Can an iFrame size reflect a responsive web site?

We want to show someone's web site, within our own web page, in a responsive manner to say "here's how yours looks".

So they would type in their web site address, hit Go, and on the iFrame, it would show their web site but in a smartphone sized window, and pretend to be narrow.
If I do that now, it just wants to scroll off the page.

Is this possible?

Seems like it would take less time to actually try it than to ask the question...

The idea is to have a page asking if their current site is responsive.
So enter your URL here, and hit Submit, and it would show in a box that would display it as responsive.

Saves them checking it on their phone, and is kin dof a way of demonstrating how their site appears.

So can it be done?
