How to set CSS to have the same output in different browsrs?

Hey guys,
im new in php programming.. i have a little headache with my CSS design within my php pages.. i have made all through mozilla firefox but when i run it in IE the page are messed.. can anyone help me? please?

i really need this one...

You might want to try asking in the client-side CSS forum, as this has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with PHP

You might also want to provide some more detail other than "it's messed up"
