button alignment broken in IE?

Hi
I recently launched http://www.realitygossip.tv and found a few issues with IE that I didn't discover until we went live since I have a mac and use Firefox and Safari only.
When looking at the site in Internet Explorer through browsershots, I noticed the alignment of the buttons at the bottom of the page and the copyright text is completely off.
There are no xhtml validity errors around this part so I really don't know why IE doesn't display the buttons and the copyright text the same as Firefox.
Could someone have a look and point me in the right direction?
The buttons I'm talking about are the search and subscribe fields and buttons in the footer that should each be next to eachother. Instead the button is under the text input in IE. The copyright notice's alignment is also a little off to the bottom for some reason...
Thanks a lot!
Paul
