A lot of the posts I view (often the unanswered ones, which there seem to be a few of) are left unformatted (no code tags). This leads me to believe that the moderators don't check every post - I'm not saying you should; I'm a mod on other forums and understand that your time is often better spent elsewhere. However, my proposal is this: give the regular* members the ability to edit posts to clean them up: give more descriptive titles, add code tags, remove stupid colors that aren't necessary. I don't know how easy this would be to accomplish.

Re: Garbage Men?
I'll mention this to the mods. At first glance this is a good idea, but I'm not sure how easy this can be implemented.
Real programmers don't comment their code. If it was hard to write, it should be hard to understand.
