NEW FORMAT

I seriously do NOT like the new format. It's difficult to read. Please go back to the old format or choose better color contrasts.

I'll see if I can get them back. The issue here is that there was no upgrade from 3.0.0 to the current version. Our version had become so outdated there wasn't an upgrade for it. We waited too long.Weirdan wrote:All of the attachments are gone
califdon wrote:Is it just my memory, or weren't we able to create unordered lists (bullets) before, with the List= button/tag? Now it seems we're limited to numbered or lettered lists. I liked the ability to have a bulleted list.
Code: Select all

aaaa

bbbb
Actually it seems they are not gone, but files are broken. For example, download/file.php?id=13 there is some content in response, and it resembles png file, but picasa, chromium and IE8 say the image is broken and cannot be displayed.Benjamin wrote:I'll see if I can get them back.Weirdan wrote:All of the attachments are gone

[weirdan@home png]$You could've upgraded thru a couple of intermediate versions. I'm sure there is an archive of the old releases somewhere. Waiting too long has nothing to do with it (just makes it less convenient).Benjamin wrote: The issue here is that there was no upgrade from 3.0.0 to the current version. ... i said they didn't have time, how is that name calling? I don't really have to know all the circumstances, a decision was made and all my posts are gone. The first step of the phpbb upgrade process says to make back ups. So obviously somewhere a decision was made to sacrifice our posts, to save that person performing the upgrade a few headaches. If it was accidental then we should restore the backups. Obviously a decision has already been made (without the community's input) to keep the mutilated posts.califdon wrote:someone calling you names without knowing all the circumstances.
