php.net skin?

Why is php.net an option for the forum skin?

aye, mostly CSS i guess, i never used this forum personally so would't know :roll:

This forum uses Themes, and they are entire directories. Not just a simple CSS file.

The entire structure of each page is based on what's in the theme folder. All the others really just provide the functionality.
