 Post subject: Flood of Spam Accounts

Today we've gotten at least four different spam accounts, all related. Why is this? Are they getting past the captcha or what?

We get a lot more than 4 accounts. I delete at least 5-10 per day myself. I wouldn't consider our security up to par.

As someone who works with phpBB a lot I have seen a ton of spam lately. Something is up or off with the system. Either there is a new way to bypass the registration or spammer are using grinders a lot more lately. I unfortunately believe it to be the first.

PS - you might want to suggest changing from the phpBB captcha system to recaptcha. There has been a rumor for sometime that is bypassable.

I just mass delete the account's post so it's quite possible could have missed it.
