A strictly sessions Thread/Forum

It seems as of late, a great deal of confusion and or negligence in reading other noted material on the subject is becoming quite apparent.
Is there a possibility of creating a forum category (similar to the MSQL forum) that deals strictly with sessions. This way, a person can create a few tutorials on various versions of PHP as a 'sticky' section and how sessions work for each with a definition of functions, and than go from there with the Q & A sector. In the subject line, each question would have to have the version of PHP they are running as well.
It is confusing to say the least, reading a sorted amount of session questions when they all relate to different versions of PHP and of course redundent questions that have been answered before.
Thanks
