A PHP tag and attribute description page?

I remember when I first started learing HTML a ways back (couple of years) there was a book I used called "WEBMASTER IN A NUTSHELL" by O'Reilly, inside it listed as many of the HTML tags as it could...

So what about making a page with the tags, discriptions, fuction listing.. etc etc etc (hope you know what I am sayin, im fallin asleep while I'm sayin it)

??
