I suggest this forum is converted to IBF , it's a very good forum.
check it out at http://www.invisionboard.com faster and cooler than phpBB 8)

I dunno, I really like phpbb and I really don't notice any speed issues with it. It might be a tiny bit better, but not worth all the trouble of changing over.

Invision was suggested a long time ago, before we went with phpBB. The reason we went with phpBB originally was phpBB was out, and Invision was not.

What are the reasons's to move over to Invision board? And how difficult would the move be?

I have not noticed any speed issues either.

Speed issues were taken care of when the forums were moved to another server that isn't hit as much. The good people at ImHosted were good enough to practically put us on our own server (basically, a higher powered server with only a few sites on it) in exchange for their banners on the page. Since the bandwidth is high on this site and PHPComplete, this is good for us.

try to test the bandwidth, u'll see the difference. ibf uses less bd

phpBB rocks.. Ok now Invisionboard stinks :S

And in fact.. PhpBB have way way way way way way more hacks then IBF
