I think this forum shuld be "auto refresh".
So user don't need to refresh to see whether their post have been reply or not..

Why not browse the forums and help others with their problems, then check back in a bit?
Or even check on php.net/ or w3schools.com (php tutorial) if you don't know enough yet to help anyone else (which is unlikely).

Yea.. But sometimes user need quick help and busy with their work. So if this forum can be auto refresh its may be quite helpful.

On a different note, an rss feed would be pretty nice - why check the site online for new posts when you can use rss!!!

What should the time setting be? What if it's a really long topic (ie. posts contain large amounts of text) and it refreshes in the middle of reading?
On the other hand, what if it just is too slow? And if your work is that important that you cant refresh it manually, will you really check the browser when it refreshes?
And if you do get a spare second to check, why not manually refresh it? It'd be even more up-to-date (since a lot of times, we post around the same times).

Well it would make more sense to auto-refresh the page that lists the newest posts - not the post itself.

It's not a bad suggestion, it could just use improvements, thats why I ask questions

That is such a bad idea, and will never be implemented.
We like people suggesting stuff, so don't feel bad
Why not just subscribe to the thread, then you will receive email notification when someone replies.

it would be pretty bandwidth intensive after a while

if we don't make this feature available, which honestly I don't see this feature happening, you could write a proxy like script on your own that injects the auto-refresh javascript/html into the page..
