Textarea for posting

Post by Weirdan »

two suggestions:
  • wider and taller textarea
  • monospace font-family for text areas for comfortable code editing. Most of the posts contain a code, sometimes in a large chunks. Monospace font would make easier to format the code.

Yeah - I second that

How about extra tags .e.g sql for SQL statements, HTML for HTML code?

another quick suggestion would be to add more 'view post since last visit' links on some of the pages like after you submit a post/reply or within each post.
I use that link quite often just to see what is new as well as to navigate the site.
