I think that devnet should add a list at the buttom of each forum saying who's active on that forum so that you can know if anyone is reading your topic. I think it'll really help for the ppl who are posting so they know if there's no one there or if there just ignoring your post for some reason.

I know there is already one but that's just on the forum index i'm talking about ones for every forum, ones that tell people that there are so and so people on the Suggestions forum and who they are and what the're doing, reading a post, viewing the lists of post. :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

If you look closely, you'll see there is a user list for each forum at the top of the thread list just under the forum name. Pay attention.

We're just using phpBB... that's how it comes out-of-the-box. Making the usernames bigger would likely just annoy everyone else ;)
