Thinking about this, it comes to mind that the topic could be served by the Enterprise board we already have. It seems to fit with the intent of the board to me.

Many of the legal issues I linked to were in General, and were not Business related. While some questions regarding legal issues may have a business backing, there are many more that are not. Especially when you consider the large number of programmers on these forums using Open Source licenses, the non-Enterprise/Legal field becomes very large.

As always, I defer to the judgement of the mods, and respect your choices, but I think there is sufficient differentiation to split Legal out.
