But I am thinking it is not working because a search of our site for things that are in the post table do not show up in results.
What's the latest on this? It's very strange that only a tiny portion of posts are being indexed.

Quite honestly I have not had the time to look at the phpBB code on this. I have run the search index twice, and the app says that there were 450,000 (give or take) posts indexed, so I am not sure what is happening.

Good point. We will need to look at implementing that as well.

I don't seem to receiving any topic reply emails, even though I am subscribed to the threads. Can anyone else verify?

It is something that is being worked. I believe it is a DNS MX record thing. I am getting the emails. They were originally hitting my spam box but I set them to the inbox and now I am getting all mails. I use Gmail.

Email for some people should be working now. It's being sent out and we have correct DNS settings, but we've ended up blacklisted due to prior issues. I'll get us off the blacklist later today and we'll be right as rain :)

Yep, we're delisted, but there are many "aggregated" lists which still have cached records. It may be another day or so before things stabilize. Generally people should be getting emails nows, but if not, just be patient and give it another day before raising it as an issue here ;)
