Remove [color] and [size] buttons

This feature is abused by newbies and seldom used by more knowledgeable people. To clarify: I do not propose to remove support for these tags - only buttons bound to them.
What do you think?

+1 There's no good reason to use them 99.99% of the time.
Perhaps we could modify the editor so you only get them when you've made 50 posts? Would that be fair on everyone?

The one who made 50 posts is definitely able to look up tags on the bbcode help page (conveniently linked from editor page). After all, you need them once or twice in a week. Moderatorial warnings are templated anyway, so those do not count.

RTM-ize is provided by greasemonkey script. It never was a part of the forum builtin theme as far as I remember. Just install GM, install that script and enjoy.

I agree.
I also recommend that the code buttons add =php by default as well.
Then for kicks make the code button 1000% larger.

I second that emoticon.
The font control buttons should be hidden, and the code button given a more prominent position, with a default type of 'php'.
Perhaps even move the code button to the left of the other buttons and given another color.
Also, is it my imagination that there was once a javascript popup for the URL button where you could enter the URL and have the inserted BBCode ready to type a description? That'd be good to see (back if it wasn't imaginary).

Another vote for a {code=php} button.

I vote for remove color/font, and add the code=php.
