You checked in your PHPStorm config.
You checked in cached pages.
No namespacing.
No Composer.
Global state everywhere.
Static methods everywhere.
You've got code lifted directly from CodeIgniter in there.
Commented out code in commits.
Hard-coded values.
md5 for hashing passwords.
