Awesome idea, but I've entered about 5 or 6 different queries so far and each has had 0 results.
Here's my idea: the site would look the same, but instead of searching through articles on those other sites, you should have a database of articles unique to that engine, and have an "Add Tutorial/Code/Class" feature on the site. Then someone like me who has a cool, useful code snippet to contribute could add it on there in a form that looks like this:
Title
Description
Article
Tags
And then the "tags" are the keywords that are searched for to find the article. Then throw in a YouTube-comment "thumbs-up"/"thumbs-down" system on there so that each article can be rated.. and maybe add some comments.
There are probably sites with this functionality for PHP, but I haven't seen 'em. I have some helpful code snippets that I want to get out to the world..

You know, U.S.E is a long abandoned project. You might be interested in news.devnetwork.net though (you forum login/password should work there as well).

Crap. I am going to need to create the virtual host for it. It is here, but apparently I forgot to make the server for it.
I will see if I can do that this weekend or on a night time sometime to minimize downtime when restarting apache.
