Account deactivated feedback

Post by social_experiment »

Is there an existing way of notifying a registered user if their account has been deactivated?

Suggestion : If your account has been deactivated there should be a way to get hold of the board administrators that doesn't involve logging in

I don't think we have the ability to allow Guests to contact the administration team.

Perhaps this is something to look into, however, since we are generally run by committee it's usually a matter of contacting whoever is available at the time, which makes this problematic.

Even if it is an email address or link somewhere because currently it's impossible to get an account reactivated unless you know an email address of an administrator.

:?: I wonder if the phpBB team thought about this scenario
