help setting up php on windows 8
i am new to scripting and programming. i am trying to install php on my pc in order to use it in my scripts on my server. i am running windows 8. can anyone point me to a post to help walk me through the installation process. i have already downloaded the latest version of php, and not sure which files i need to open to make the library accessable to my scripts thank you

hello if you want to install php editor in windows 8 . You need to Dreamweaver or net bean for editing PHP programs .
