plz tell me the best way to implement php by making short projects ?
any website or any advise :)

Start by learning some basic PHP. is a great resource. Once you've got the basics down, find something that interests you and build it. If you're lacking inspiration, blogs, to-do lists, Twitter clones are all very easy beginner projects.

I gave a number of suggestions but I recommend finishing the CodeAcademy course first. You'll need at least the basics before you move on to trying to build something.
