We want to ue the Schema Markup code from Google, for a website design business, but when you go to select a type it appear it's not designed for that.

Only for articles, products, lists of businesses, lists of foods.

Is it not designed for my purpose?

You could use elements from Organization, Place, and Thing to come up with the set you need, couldn't you?

No idea what you're talking about. It's just markup. You can write it. http://schema.org/

Or does that part not matter.

As I mentioned above, Organization seems a logical start. Maybe bits of LocalBusiness. Place? Thing?

What about around H1 tags. Should they have specific markup or leave them outside of description?

Trying to think what markup I need. unlike a prod page that has description, brand, size etc..... this is selling specific services.

<script type="application/ld+json">
{ "@context" : "http://schema.org",
"@type" : "Organization",
"url" : "http://www.your-company-site.com",
"contactPoint" : [
{ "@type" : "ContactPoint",
"telephone" : "+1-401-555-1212",
"contactType" : "customer service"
} ] }
</script>

Would this go inside the head tag, with the correct details in it?
