Best tools for removing Malware?

Hey guys, what do you think is the best software for removing malware? I've been having some difficulty with this lately. Any information would be appreciated:)

Spybot Search & Destroy (Windows, Freeware)
SUPERAntiSpyware (Windows, $30)
ComboFix (Windows, Freeware)
Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (Windows, $25)
HijackThis (Windows, Freeware)
Note that some are free while some have to be paid for.

i personally use SpyHunter. It’s an anti-adware/malware application. It scans your computer and detects many types of viruses, trojans, adwares and spywares. It also removes temp files,app data. program data and task manager. The free version detects the viruses, however, in order to remove them you would unfortunately need to purchase the full version. I think the free version is pretty much okay.

I use Kaspersky virus removal tool. It is quite simple to use and can be easily downloaded from Kaspersky's website.

SuperAntiSpyware is the best software for removing malware..
