There are quite a few articles being submitted to the 'Open Source Web Magazine'. However there are none on PHP/MySQL security - ideally real detailed security i.e. going beyong mysql_real_escape string.

Re: Article for 'Open Source Web Magazine'
I couldn't find any articles?
Anyway, Google Chris Shifflett and borrow ideas from his blog entries, obviously not to plagiarise, but borrow ideas from and write your own.
In addition to that you could read (and reference as appropriate) other blogs, such as Morderd's blog (http://www.logris.org/security/) in addition to the OWASP and it's web application security PDF (worth a read) posted here:

Get at it and let us know when you have something drafted, I'll read it and offer any corrections I can
Cheers,
Alex

Re: Article for 'Open Source Web Magazine'
Its the correct website - design to be redone shortly, currently just a 1 page website with a little bit of info. All discussions are happening in the LinkedIn group.
The articles I was referring to have been submitted to me and are not being published until they have been peer reviewed and re-factored by the author.

A few more pages added to the website, including a list of technical articles being written.
