Hi,
Do you use any project management software or web service? What about brainstorming solutions, mind-mapping, and such?
Do you bookmark websites containing information you need, or do you copy the contents of websites (the parts that matter) to a separate service/storage to make sure you have the relevant information covered and always accessible?
I've met a few guys using paid project management solutions (online). They seem to be quite good, but are they worth the money in case of open source projects?

Re: Project management
I use FogBugz as a basic project manager and advanced task tracker...I find it very helpful but more than anything I'm crazy about metrics and stats...I love seeing progress in ways of little green bars, etc.
Cheers,
Alex

GoPlan for basic project management. CVSDude for source control. Google Wave for anything else

I really like https://bubbl.us/beta/. It operates under SSL, has a neat Flash interface for handling and storing mind-maps. Sometimes when I have a complex situation in my mind, I try to make things easier with this tool.
