Well, heres my question. I currently have one website that uses phpBB, and I am very please with it!! I am in the process of making another web site and was wondering what everyone thought the best forum was. I appreciate it!

I personally think VBulletin is the best, execept for the fact that it costs $135 :( . phpBB is definitely the way to go if you are looking for a great alternative to VBulletin. In some respects phpBB is better than VBulletin.

My opinion is let here taking into account a user's point of view (not a developer applying it). I participate in many forums else where and the best engine, by far, is phpBB.

Scorphus.

phpBB.

Been using it since 1.x. I've tried all others and from a user point of view it's the best. ;)

I like phpBB, heard lots of good things about Invision PB. If you need something simple YabbSE's not bad.

that can be time consuning and bothersome.. but i did it (just thought it through and planned it out for a while to make sure i got it right)

then again, there's also a good reason for me to have made one from scratch... same reason i made the rest of the site i made... i just need to adjust mine slightly so that i can have people post in two forums without being signed in...
