I've used Filezilla 3.9 for a fair while, then it upgraded to whatever it was... and now it's been badgering me to update again.
I did the update but it stopped me being able to connect to anything.
So I reverted back to 3.9.
Now it's trying again, and it seems it was sorted in May, so it must be a fix. But still it won't connect to many domains.
Is this common? What's that "handshake" error?
Filezilla: 3.11 - flawed? What's the error?

Yes. FileZilla seems to use TLS now instead. Which I'm not sure we use.
Need to ask our hosts.

And if your hosts aren't using TLS, you need to ask them why.

What's different between TLS and SSL?
Most of our sites don't use SSL coz it's not needed.
