Vulnerabilities would get fixed, for one thing. Also, 7.x is significantly faster than 5.x, but that may or may not matter. Point is there's no reason anyone should be providing hosting on obsolete software unless specifically asked to do so.

Time and Date resolved. It was php.ini and the Plesk settings.
