making a table in wordpress work properly

after creating several CSS styles and working for hours, I now have the PSU spec table nominally the way I wanted it

I have 3 CSS styles in use for the table, one for the overall table, one for the head and one for each row

unfortunately some of the CSS style information is not being reflected so I have been forced to use inline
